Company Was Established

On June 1st, we opened our doors for the first time to our customers in a small facility in Leamington, Ontario.

2019

Expansion and Relocation

Exactly one year later, we relocated our operations down the street to a much bigger facility.

Our owner Faith Monaco was a finalist for the Young Entrepreneur Award in Leamington, Ontario.

One year later, we recognized and celebrated with Faith as she won the award.

At Impact, we value all of our clients and members. We are more than just a gym. We get to know you on a personal level so that you feel comfortable coming in and asking for the help you want, need and deserve. We are a non-intimidating environment that allows everyone to work with our personal trainers, join our group fitness instructors for classes and hit the Open Gym without feeling judged, intimidated, or scared. If you choose to work with one of our personal trainers, we guarantee we will help get you results faster than you thought was possible. We will work with you and help you improve all areas of your fitness, achieve things that you never thought were possible, improve your overall health, quality of life and even learn to love exercising. Our goal is to help you change the way you look at health and fitness. Your health is not an expense.
