With over 18,000 square feet of functional gym space, Impact Health and Fitness is the largest fitness facility in Leamington, Ontario. Home to a women’s room, a protein shake bar, Group Fitness Classes, saunas, Massage Therapy, and a large warehouse/garage room, we have everything you need to meet all your training needs and more.

Our open gym membership gives you access to our 18,000 square foot state-of-the-art fitness facility, featuring tons of floor space and top of the line equipment.

Group Fitness Classes

Impact Health and Fitness' group fitness classes are suitable for anyone who wants a fun way to stay in shape. Our expert instructors will be able to adapt to all levels within the class.

Aerobics - Step & Sculpt
Step & Sculpt is a step aerobics class with a twist. Not only are you getting in a really great fun cardio workout, but you are also strengthening your whole body with exercises that use the aerobic steps.
Bootcamp - All Levels Bootcamp
Bootcamp is like an old fashioned bootcamp which focuses on burning fat, improving cardiovascular strength by incorporating different plyometric exercises and interval training.
Bootcamp - REBOOT
REBOOT is an all levels old school bootcamp style class. Don't let the name scare you. When people hear the word bootcamp, they run! We want you to stay and push through.
Cardio - Dance Fitness
Grab some friends and come dance to some great music with Faith!! This is a fun cardio sweat session that burns lots of calories, works your core, lower and upper body.
Cardio - Kickboxing
This is a non-contact group fitness class that mixes MMA (mixed martial arts) inspired drills with power moves for a full-body workout.
Cardio - Spin Cycle
Enjoy a 30 minute cardio workout that will have you burning lots of calories and feel amazing after the ride. Throughout class, expect to see a few sprints to fun upbeat music and some hill climbs.
Core - Spin x Abs
Join us as we sweat and burn tons of calories through our new spin class! Expect to be off and on the bike to incorporate some of our favourite abdominal exercises.
Flexibility - Stretch & Release
Give your body the time it needs to stretch and release. This class will teach you a variety of stretches to help loosen up those tight areas. You will learn the best stretching techniques to keep your body flexible and mobile.
HIIT - 15 Min Shred
15 Min Shred also known as High Intensity Interval Training, is a 15 minute high intensity anaerobic class that burns fat FAST.  It is a form of interval training that incorporates cardiovascular exercises performed in short bouts, allowing very short recovery periods.
Pedal with us to the beat of some of your favourite tunes and find your rhythm while you move through all bike terrains using a few different bike positions.
Mat Pilates
Pilates focuses a lot on strengthening your core, which helps with spinal stabilization, helping protect your body from back injuries and allowing you to stand taller and stronger.
Resistance - Band It
Band It works on improving total body strength through full body exercises using only resistance bands. In this class you will learn new, unique exercises that you didn't know you could do with a band!
Resistance - Double A
Double A? What's that you say? Abs and Ass... (your glutes of course) This is a class you don't want to miss. We will be focusing only on building the strength of your core and glutes plus perfect shaping.
Resistance - Full Body Blast
Full Body Blast is a class that uses dumbbells, kettle bells, bands, medicine balls, and body weight exercises that will target all areas of your body. We focus on legs, glutes, back, shoulders, arms, chest and core!
Resistance - Full Body Tone
Full Body Tone is a class that uses dumbbells, kettle bells, bands, medicine balls, and body weight exercises that will target all areas of your body. We focus on legs, glutes, back, shoulders, arms, chest and core!
Resistance - Lower Body Sculpt
Lower Body Sculpt is a class that focuses on lower body exercises only. Equipment used is bands, dumbbells, kettle bells and steps. Body weight exercises will also be performed.
Resistance - Spin Circuit
Spin Circuit is a full body workout that incorporates resistance training and cardio exercises guided by a Personal Trainer.
Strength - Upper Body Tone
In this Upper Body Tone class, your trainer will solely focus on chest, back, shoulders, triceps and biceps. You will learn different exercises to isolate each of these muscle groups.
Yoga - Flow Yoga
Join Hope Monaco in our Flow Yoga class. Yoga flow focuses on synchronising movement and breath encouraging physical, mental, and spiritual development.
