With a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Psychology, four years of experience as a personal trainer, a role as an assistant strength and conditioning coach, and certification as a nutrition coach, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to help individuals achieve their unique goals. Her approach is holistic, emphasizing injury prevention, functional mobility, and building a strong, resilient body designed for longevity. Each program she designs is carefully tailored to the specific needs and aspirations of her clients, whether they aim to enhance performance, improve body composition, or prioritize overall wellness. She embraces the philosophy of getting “stronger, not smaller” and believes that fitness should be an enjoyable, empowering journey. Her mission is to help others fall in love with movement, gain confidence, and take charge of their future.
